Northern Expeditions is a company built on passion for outdoor activities and adventure travel that brings the unexpected upfront. We value those unique moments in life, when place and time turn irrelevant, whether that is through witnessing the dramatic scenery of a hidden fjord, close-up encounter with wildlife in its natural environment or a simple glass of wine with friends or soon-to-be friends in a comfortable and relaxed environment on board.
The owners of Northern Expeditions have their background in commercial shipping with many years of experience from a wide range of segments. By combining a passion for nature and human encounters with a substantial background in shipping and an urge for continuous improvements, we will take you in safety and comfort on your next true adventure!

Robin Dahlberg
Founder and CEO
Robin is the initiator of Northern Expeditions, encouraged by the ambition to share his passion for outdoor activities and adventure. Robin started his seaborne career in 2005 and has since then worked on ships within the tanker and offshore industry, ice breaking, survey, search and rescue, passenger/cruise/expedition market and more. Robin is a licensed Captain who you might see onboard on your next expedition.
Peter Harrysson
Chairman of the Board
Captain Peter Harrysson, with extensive shipping industry experience and expertise in economics, law, and leadership, joins as Chairman of the Board and a shareholder in Northern Expeditions AB, enhancing the company’s strategic growth and commitment to safety. His cover letter includes previous employers like Stena Line and founding and managing of shipping companies.
